Our client is a fast-growing, technology-based business who are a market leader in the provision of energy data and services. They have been established for over 40 years and as a business, they currently have over 3.5k customers and employ over 300 people – this role will be based at either their Epsom or Horley sites.
They are looking for a motivated Administrator within the Asset Team – this is one of the most exciting areas of growth within the business - adopting gas and electricity networks as they are constructed – taking on the responsibility for managing asset data and records, network maintenance and providing end customer services. Salary: £24,000 to £25,000
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Location: Epsom initially until the office will move to Horley - Hybrid, 2 days in the office / 3 remote.

As Asset Analyst/Administrator, you will receive all the training and support necessary to maintain the asset data that underpins the business portfolio to maximise their lifetime revenue, while helping to resolve queries. You will:
1. Provide first-class front-line support for the business network and meter assets to ensure a best-in-class customer service is provided.
2. Maintain asset data to maximise the lifetime revenue. This includes ensuring service SLAs are achieved and that customers’ needs are met, including responding to customer queries, to provide a best-in-class service.
3. Ensuring the meter databases and industry registers are accurate through exception reporting and reconciliations.
4. Track and recover meter assets that have been removed.
5. Maintain the network systems to ensure they reflect the growing portfolio and meter points are registered and included in billing following meter installation.
