Average Job Value: £1m - £5m Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple construction sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Manage projects from the design phase through to completion, collaborating closely with site managers and surveyors. Deliver projects across diverse sectors including office, retail, residential, industrial, and new build, with average job values ranging from £1m to £5m. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and project progress. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability. What’s on Offer: Competitive Salary: £70,000 - £90,000, depending on experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with site managers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
