We’re looking for a talented Host Services Assistant to join the Reception Team on a part-time, permanent contract. Reception is the first point of contact, whether in person or by telephone, and plays an important role in ensuring that College customers are happy and satisfied with their service.
Who we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a Host Services Assistant with a background in customer service. To succeed in the role, you will have some or all the following:
* Experience of working in a similar role is essential.
* Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly share and relay information.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
* Proficiency in digital skills relevant to the role, including experience using MS Office, and any job-specific software/systems.
* Adaptability to evolving digital opportunities and willingness to continuously improve digital competencies.
This post is required to be based on Campus.
