Our team of Medicines Management Assistants (MMAs) work closely with our Technicians and Pharmacists to provide patient focused care to inpatients and outpatients. Our MMAs work in a number of areas depending on service need, including the Emergency Department (ED), Medical admissions, Surgery, Cardio Respiratory and specialist wards such as Intensive care This role will involve providing high quality medicines management by ensuring accurate and timely stock management and replenishment is undertaken and dispensing of urgent items. The successful candidate will be required to take part in the weekend working, bank holiday working, and evening rotas and will be expected to be flexible to support the requirements of the team. You will be required to Possess QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, have good oral and written communication skills and possess good IT/keyboard skills.
