The Sales Recruitment Network are recruiting for a well-established lovely small company who invest in their staff. The role can lead to progression and pay increases. This is an office-based role in Cranfield, working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
1. Listening to pre-recorded interviews content on audio files.
2. Confirm the interview is accurately documented.
3. Assess and record the interview and provide honest feedback.
4. Manage projects.
5. Writing reports.
6. Creating and updating spreadsheets.
7. Log data onto database.
8. Assist with training.
9. Coordinate activities to the team in the field.
10. Undertake admin for client accounts.
11. Phone calls and Microsoft Teams chat with clients and other members.
12. Ensure projects are within the company's timeline.
13. Business conversations with high-end clients.
14. Provide support for internal staff.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Fantastic analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent.
3. Able to provide honest feedback to others.
4. Strong admin and customer service experience.
