About the role
Kingswood School in Bath is looking to appoint a confident, highly organised and detail-orientated Recruitment Coordinator to join our professional and friendly People and Culture (HR) team. Based on site at our Senior School, you’ll play a central role in coordinating recruitment across the Kingswood Foundation, supporting the hiring of outstanding staff for our Nursery, Prep and Senior Schools.
What you’ll do
·Manage the full recruitment cycle for both teaching and support staff
·Advertise vacancies, manage applications and schedule interviews
·Coordinate and complete pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment guidelines
·Issue offer letters and contracts, and support new starter onboarding
·Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements
·Provide occasional cover for HR enquiries and general People team support
About you
You’ll have a background in HR or recruitment, or be able to demonstrate exceptional administrative and organisational abilities, and a passion for getting things right. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. You’ll thrive in a school environment and enjoy working with people at all levels.

This full-time, year-round role offers 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary in the region of£30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
