We are actively recruiting for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants for Mainstream schools in Birmingham who are dedicated to supporting and encouraging children's personal and academic growth.
The perfect candidate will be innovative and passionate about supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs. You will need to be experienced in working with a wide range of SEN in a classroom environment and in small groups/1:1.
You will need the ability to provide tailored academic and emotional support to students while creating a safe environment that allows them to develop and thrive.
What you will need:
1. Experience and passion for working with SEND children.
2. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of students with a range of SEN.
3. DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
4. Excellent communication skills for building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student well-being.
