We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our exceptional team, overseeing two of London’s most iconic hotels: St Martins Lane London and Sanderson London. Both properties are part of the Morgans Originals collection, known for their bold, surprising, and sophisticated approach to modern luxury.
Job Description
In this pivotal leadership role, you will:
1. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to position the hotels as leaders in the luxury market.
2. Oversee the performance of a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and inspiration.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing and Revenue teams to craft integrated plans that drive measurable success.
4. Represent the Morgans Originals brand on national and international sales trips.
5. Leverage market insights and global partnerships to maximize commercial opportunities.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
1. 4+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally with multi-property exposure.
2. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in the luxury hospitality sector.
3. Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Opera, Cvent, and other RFP platforms is a plus.
5. Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, and to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends.
