Position: Aerospace Sales Representative\n\nLocation: Leeds-based (covering the UK)\n\nHours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm\n\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nSalary: £60k OTE\n\nJoin a Global Leader in Industrial Supply Solutions\n\nWe're partnering with a well-established global distributor of industrial and construction supplies to find an Aerospace Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a background in aerospace, aviation, or aircraft repair, ready to work with key accounts and develop new business opportunities across the UK.\n\nFollowing comprehensive onboarding and training, flexible working arrangements may be available.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with aerospace and aviation clients.\n\nDeliver on a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed annual targets.\n\nSupport quality control processes and assist with customer implementations.\n\nRespond to RFPs and RFQs in a timely and professional manner.\n\nManage inventory, process orders, and coordinate shipping and receiving.\n\nInspect aerospace products and kit hardware to customer specifications.\n\nConduct local deliveries using a company vehicle.\n\nEnsure compliance with all safety, sustainability, and housekeeping standards.\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nA full UK driver’s licence and ability to meet internal driving requirements.\n\nEither an associate’s degree in Business/Marketing or 2+ years’ relevant industry experience.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\n\nThe ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.\n\nA self-starter mindset with a strong customer focus.\n\nWillingness to travel and perform physical tasks as required.\n\nWhat We Value\n\nWe’re looking for someone who reflects our core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
