Key Responsibilities include: Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to café customers Taking food and drink orders and processing payments Rotating stock and restocking fridges General cleaning duties of the café and kitchen areas, maintaining excellent hygiene requirements regarding basic food service, handling, and production. Promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and upselling products. Experience and Qualifications Required Ideally have some cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation. Ideally hold a Food Hygiene or Food Handling Certificate Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and persuade Experience delivering first class customer service Be willing to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
