Your new role
As Senior Standards and Advice Officer, you will assist with the work of the Standards Committee, provide advice to professionals and the public, support Sub Committees, and assist with complaint reviews. The key responsibilities include standards committee and advice, development of best practice and administration.
What you'll need to succeed
* Legal qualification is essential.
* Experience working for a regulatory authority and supporting committees is ideal.
* Customer-focused approach.
* Clear, concise, logical, and practical problem-solving skills.
* Excellent writing and drafting skills.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
* A generous salary between £48,000-50,000 (pro-rata)

* Hybrid/remote working (2 office days per month)
* 33.75 working hours per week, with flexibility around core hours (10am-4pm)
