IOCP is a nonprofit that provides services in food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services, and childcare resources to those residing in eight Western Hennepin County cities. We are looking for a Clothing Program Experience Leader to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of IOCP’s client clothing program, serving as a liaison for volunteers as well as back-up support for the retail store, donation-receiving door and processing areas.
The Clothing Program Experience Leader is responsible for administering all aspects of IOCP’s clothing program, facilitating the volunteer experience, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

8. Schedule requirements: This is an onsite role, hours include two weekends a month. Store hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional Sunday and events. Flexibility is essential for the operations of the store, client shopping experience, volunteer events or projects and donation hours
What You Will Do
1. Create and administer seamless Clothing Program processes including client referrals and messages, scheduling and facilitating a great shopping experience
2. Maintain inventory and purchase of client undergarments and winter gear
3. Keep documentation of client shopping visits, clothing referrals, and updating Client Track
4. Welcome and direct volunteer staff throughout the day, support the transition of the volunteer teams from one shift to the next, filling in critical positions when needed
5. Administrative support including web store maintenance, POS tech support and responding to Resale Select email messages
6. Cashiering as needed
What You Will Bring
1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Experience working in a retail or customer service setting
3. Interacts and collaborates with clients, volunteers, customers, and donors
4. Excellent time management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities in a timely manner
5. Superior interpersonal skills: ability to work with a variety of people and build trusting relationships
6. Attention to detail
7. Flexible, able to fill in as needed

10. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; be self-directed
11. Reliable, strong execution and follow through
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
13. Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel experience
14. Ability to understand and learn database (Point of Sale) programs quickly
15. Ability to learn to manual pallet jack and 2-wheel dolly (training provided, experience not required)
16. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
