Our client, a well established logistics and transportation company based in Glasgow, are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team as a Pricing Sales Administration Assistant. The duties for this role include, but are not limited to:\n\nUpdating Sales Databases\nProcessing Documents\nWritten Communications\nSending/Receiving Secure Documents\nSupporting Sales Team with Clerical Tasks\nContact Suppliers/Clients for Information As part of your development in this role, you will learn all skills necessary to support a busy sales department within a growing logistics company. Training will be provided on all internal IT systems and processes. You will also be working towards an SVQ in Business Administration. There are no set requirements needed for this position as it is open to applicants of all levels of experience. However a National 5 qualification in Math and English is preferred. Good IT skills are also needed for this role to be able carry out day to day tasks within timescales.
