Role Definition.
To provide support to the Commercial team, & the Site Management Team. Maintain records of re-usable packaging and monitor supply levels. Responsible for the accurate preparation of Health Certificates required for Export and liaising with the Veterinary Support to ensure vets services are available on site when required.
Assist with data input and accurate preparation of export documentation via various portals and preparation of export documentation packs. Communicate with hauliers to arrange collections and deliveries

Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours excluding breaks

The role involves:
Monitor re-usable packing levels to ensure correct stock levels for production and ordering through customer portals
Communicate with haulers to ensure vehicles will arrive at correct times for both collections and deliveries
Communicate any messages or relevant information to the commercial, operations & management teams as required.
Ensure all filing systems are kept up-to-date and organized, offering departmental support to enable Department managers to best deploy their resource.
Co ordinate & book export loading and assisting with export dispatching and documentation
Prepare EHC applications & Veterinary certification. Accuracy of export documentation submitted & customs compliance.
Handling commercially sensitive documentation relating customer specifications, costings, prices etc.
To undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required by site management.
