About THE ROLE
Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our ever-evolving consumer base. As the world of retail evolves, we believe that for all parts of the chain to work, our stores must set the tone of what our brands are all about. Our locations are paramount, and first-class experience must be a given, with our in-store standards never questionable. We strive to hire individuals who live and breathe the values of our business, who are obsessed with delivering great service, and who believe that staying relevant requires agility and adaptation. The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving these standards.
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
* Being the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
* Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge as a brand ambassador
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
* Assisting customers with outfit building and product recommendations
* Assessing customer needs and providing information on product features
* Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements
* Maintaining shop and stock room presentation and organization
