We are working with a top-tier law firm in Yorkshire who are seeking a motivated Administrator/Finance Assistant to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
What experience will you need? For this role, you will need previous administration or finance experience within a similar setting, which could be within a law firm, accountancy practice, bank, insurance company, etc. If you already have credit control or finance experience within a different setting, you will also be suitable. To be successful, you will need to possess great attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
Duties will consist of:
* Maintaining the case management system, ensuring data entered is accurate.
* Managing an inbox, corresponding with clients and internal people, dealing with queries, etc.
* Preparing forms relevant to the credit control department.
* Dealing with reconciliation of accounts.
