We are seeking a motivated and results driven Business Manager to join our team and support this growing business. Working for the Head of Product Market Management, the Business Manager will collaborate across functions to develop, implement and monitor strategies to optimise business performance. A key aspect of the role will be to assist in budgeting, forecasting and providing financial analysis to support delivery of the company’s fiscal goals. They will be proficient in the use of business software such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems. The Business Manager will establish key performance indicators to track and drive progress towards objectives and will demonstrate the required agility to adapt their strategy. A high level of commercial awareness and experience is required to contribute to commercial proposals, ensuring appropriate pricing, assumptions about development, support and manufacturing costs. The Business Manager will consult with key support functions to ensure that the business is managed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies. Main Responsibilities Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support the company’s fiscal goals. Establish and track key performance indicators to monitor business performance and progress against company objectives. Develop, implement and monitor strategies to further optimise business performance. Support the bid process, participating in client meetings, supporting formulation of the bid strategy and providing input into pricing models. Support the Product Management team in maintaining a balanced and profitable portfolio through the introduction and withdrawal of products and related services. Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to align operational activities with business goals. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies. Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications 3 years of experience working in a business management role with a strong appreciation for the roles of Finance, Sales, Operations and Purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience of leading and influencing others. Proven ability to coordinate across multiple business functions and engage key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactively identifies and manages risk. Proficiency in using business software (e.g. Microsoft Office, ERP systems). Fluent English (written & verbal). A valid passport and a willingness to travel (USA, Europe and East Asia).
