We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Solutions and Proposals Coordinator. The Sales Solutions and Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating sales proposals, tenders, and customized solutions for potential and existing clients within the cleaning, pest control, and bathroom hygiene sectors. This role requires excellent project management, sales support, and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of professional and competitive proposals aligned with client needs and business growth objectives. This position is based in our Johannesburg office and offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Proposal & Tender Management: Develop compelling proposals, tender responses, and quotations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s services.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with business capabilities and service offerings.
* Client Interaction: Engage with clients to clarify requirements, address queries, and ensure a smooth proposal submission process.
* Market Research: Conduct competitor and market analysis to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
* Presentation Development: Prepare professional presentations and sales collateral to support business development initiatives.
* Data & Document Management: Maintain a centralized repository of proposal templates, case studies, and pricing models for efficiency in future submissions.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure accurate costing and service feasibility.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine the proposal development process to enhance efficiency, quality, and success rates.
