We are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in Hillfield Kitchen, creating dishes for our hyper-local English brasserie restaurant. Your main focus will be to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie:
* Assist the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the kitchen operation.
* Help develop creative menus and ensure the quality of food meets the high standards expected of the restaurant.
* Communicate relevant feedback from colleagues or guests to the Sous Chef.
* Assist on other sections or duties, mentoring the Commis Chef and Demi CDP in their tasks.
* Support with daily ordering, considering stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
* Ensure the kitchen adheres to company standards regarding cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization.
