Position Summary & Objective We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads with new clients through targeted sales campaigns, utilizing phone and email outreach to secure new logos. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Essential Functions Performed by the Position Generation & Qualification : Execute sales campaigns to identify and qualify leads with potential new clients; contribute to the development of target customer lists by working together with Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement and Sales functions. & Engagement : Conduct phone calls and send emails to prospective clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and generating interest. Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and capture customer feedback to enable refinement of the campaign messaging and strategies Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for values in excess of pre-agreed value. contracts: take leads below pre-agreed values from identification through qualification, quote and close Management : Utilize CRM tools to track activities, leads, and opportunities. Ensure all interactions are logged and information is up-to-date. Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions. Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor outreach strategies effectively. Reporting : Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance to senior management. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an inside / internal sales or lead generation role, preferably within the Authentication and Brand Protection market, or in a comparable solutions sales environment.
