Key Responsibilities: Deliver top-quality coaching sessions in line with your Level 2 Badminton qualification. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants, raising any concerns with the Duty Manager. Set up and pack away necessary equipment for each session. Stay compliant with Skillgate training and keep certifications up to date. What You’ll Bring to the Role: A passion for badminton and the ability to inspire participants of all ages and abilities. A strong understanding of coaching techniques and strategies, ensuring that sessions are both enjoyable and educational. A commitment to promoting health and fitness within the local community. The ability to create a positive, encouraging environment where participants feel motivated and supported. Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to delivering sessions and responding to challenges. A team-oriented mindset, working alongside colleagues to support the wider goals of LED Group. Essential Skills and Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Badminton Coaching or an equivalent recognized qualification. Previous experience working with children is a must. Ability to stay calm and act effectively in emergency situations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Desirable Skills: A current First Aid certificate is desirable but not essential.
