Sonomatic are currently recruiting for a QHSE Adviser. The position will be predominantly based In Aberdeen but travel to other locations throughout the UK will be required to support our personnel and clients in all locations. As QHSE Adviser you will have responsibilities for assisting all aspects of company HSE including but not limited to: Compliance, support and assistance with completion of company policies and procedures Complete HSEQ / Operational Audits & walk rounds both onshore and offshore. Review personnel safety statistics and identify lessons learned. Hold toolbox talks or present safety related topics to personnel. Complete and/or review and approve Risk Assessments for Company and Site Specifics. Produce and roll out company Safety Alerts. Lead External Audits. Support and/or lead Non-Conformance and Accidence Investigations. Support Input and Output of HSE Plans - Client and Company specific. Work with QHSE Manager, Area Managers and Team Leaders to ensure H&S Compliance. Support & Participation in Company and Client Safety Meetings Collation, Participation and Control of Safety Stand Downs and Toolbox Talks. Utilise and maintain internal HSEQ system iComply. Experience, knowledge and qualifications: A thorough understanding of UK QHSE legislation and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, is crucial. An understanding and previous experience with ISO 17020 advantageous. Experience in both internal and external Auditing. Experience in leading and/or supporting NCR or Accodent investigation. Strong IT skills and experience in the maintenance of QHSE related systems.
