Shift Pattern: Monday-Tuesday 06:00-16:30 Salary: £12.39 What are we looking for? We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate people to join us at our North Scarle site. The role involves the following duties: Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines as outlined above Work with the team leader and other operatives to achieve excellent service levels to the production department Ensure that all packaging lines are safely stored in the correct area of the warehouse Ensure the warehouse presentation standards are maintained, and that the recycling of waste packaging is completed at regular intervals throughout the work shift Vehicles: Load/unload packaging as required Count and record stock levels where appropriate Ensure that one is ready to commence work at the defined start-time Conduct any necessary training required for the role. The jobholder should be open to working in different areas within the packaging process as required Identify areas of inefficiency and waste, and suggest improvements to the Packaging Manager/team leader Be mindful of product quality, integrity and traceability. Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed. Report any concerns to the Packaging Manager The site is committed to being “audit-ready” at all times.
