The Email Marketing Manager to take full responsibility of managing our managing the customer marketing teams and delivering content marketing strategies for our clients. Your day-to-day duties as an Email Marketing Manager may include: Roles & Responsibilities Come up with digital/content marketing strategies across various digital channels including SEO, Paid Search, Social, Email Marketing, Content, etc., to generate more leads Set short-term goals for the projects (KPIs) Deliver an effective digital/content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives of our clients at the lowest possible cost Coordinate with all creative resources for a project, including strategy & planning, designers, writers and other agency personnel Undertake digital/content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets Collaborate with design, writing and production teams to produce and distribute high-quality content Develop and maintain editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met Edit, proofread and improve the content Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics Analyse web traffic metrics Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement Accountable for all digital/content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. Editorial requirements include a sound understanding of various digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, Email Marketing, Content Categorisation and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Ensure content is consistent with our client's brand voice, style and tone. Editorial calendar and organisation workflows must be developed and managed. Liaise with the teams managing the various digital channels, e.g. search, social media and email/ newsletter distribution to deliver results. Measurement and optimisation of the client programs will be required on a regular and ongoing basis Executive presentations, to the management team and the client, on the program approaches and results will be required.
