Job Description
* Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, efficient, and quality service.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and help to resolve any issues or concerns.
* Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
* Manage a shared inbox and support the sales representative team when needed.
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team and other departments.
* Perform accurate data and order entry to ensure smooth processing.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
* Provide product guidance, knowledge, and support to pharmacy teams.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
* Strong technical skills, familiarity with SAP, Excel and Outlook would be advantageous.
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Life Science/Medical industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work well in a team.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Willingness and ability to learn is essential.

* Monday to Friday on a rotating schedule of AM to PM and 10am to PM.
