Wood has an opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our team in Staines working on a project at the forefront of the energy transition. The role is for a Project Engineer with experience in Development Consent Orders (DCO).

Our portfolio of project work covers new developments, expansion of existing assets, and the optimisation of facilities and systems.
You will be required to help support delivery of engineering excellence in the assigned project through executing and delivering the engineering for an assigned project scope to schedule and in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications and standards.
1. Experience working with DCOs.
2. Bachelor’s degree or Masters in an engineering discipline.
3. Have experience in an appropriate industry (ideally in one or more of Oil & Gas, LNG & GTL, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Power).
4. Good understanding of technical work scope, key dates and milestones.
5. Positive attitude to learn and develop.
6. Able to adapt to changing priorities.

8. Good communicator verbally and in written form.
