About the Company - We’re looking to hire a talented Midweight Creative to join a full service creative agency based in Central London. Working within their Social Content & Brand Partnerships team, you'll get to work on social content, brand partnerships, entertainment marketing and activations for some of the biggest names in film, TV, gaming and music. The agency also help consumer brands heading into this space.
About the Role - The ideal candidate will thrive on big ideas, love social media, and understand how to make brands part of the conversation in meaningful ways. You should be a creative thinker who can take a client brief and generate original ideas that truly engage the audience. Whether it’s developing social-first campaigns or shaping brand partnerships, you’ll be at the heart of crafting work that drives engagement and talkability.
Responsibilities
* The role requires someone who can ideate across different formats, from organic social content to influencer collaborations and PR worthy activations.
* You’ll know how to develop creative campaigns that live on social and sometimes in retail and understand how brand partnerships can come to life across these spaces.
* You’ll have the ability to create content that stands out organically (not just via paid media) and know what makes a great TikTok, Instagram Reel or Reddit thread.
* You’ll use Reddit, YouTube, and social listening tools to research trends, find audience insights, and spark new ideas.
Experience - We’re looking for someone with at least 3+ years’ experience working in a creative role at an agency or in-house. Able to ideate and communicate creative ideas cleverly, visually and verbally. Experienced in taking ideas from concept to execution - whether that’s storyboarding, creating rough mock-ups in CapCut, using AI for visualisation, or briefing and collaborating with the creative studio to bring ideas to life. Your portfolio will demonstrate ideas-led work, showcasing engaging social content, clever brand partnerships, or entertainment-related activations.
Required Skills
* Hands-on skills in CapCut or other basic video editing tools, plus familiarity with AI-driven creative tools.
* Strong understanding of organic social media, including platform trends, audience behaviour, and best practices.
* Collaborative mindset - someone who loves working with strategists, designers, and producers to make ideas happen.
* An interest in entertainment (film, TV, gaming, music) and knows how to work with IP to create engaging and relevant content.
