Job Title: Supply Planner
Location: Deeside - Hybrid working
Remuneration: upto 30k
Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position
Responsibilities:
* Deliver to company availability targets for all retail channels, while effectively managing costs.
* Manage stock within company budgets, including discontinued and deranged stock, to ensure efficient use of resources.
* Anticipate factors that influence demand, such as seasonal events, weather, and promotions.
* Meet demand requirements to ensure continuous supply, while adhering to company KPIs and budgets for all sales channels.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Buyers, Merchandisers, and Depot planning team to generate accurate forecasts for item and product groups.
* Foster collaboration with external stakeholders such as Suppliers, Hauliers, and Third-party providers.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience maximising product availability while managing stock levels and shrinkage within budget.
* Agile problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
* Thorough understanding of the supply chain process.
* In-depth knowledge of Warehouse and Store Replenishment systems.
* Proactive approach to professional development, actively seeking training and coaching opportunities.
