The Client
Our client is an exclusive 5* country house retreat in Ascot.
Responsibilities:
As Lounge Manager:
1. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Drawing Room, including team management, financial performance, and guest engagement to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
2. This is a role for a leader who wants to succeed, enjoys engaging with people, and delivering confident hospitality.
3. You will develop a positive culture of ongoing feedback in the Drawing Room by building strong working relationships with the team.
4. You will assist the Lounge Manager in managing the day to day operations of the Drawing Room, planning ahead to ensure we are set up for success, liaising with relevant departments for any special guest requirements, and ensuring the team is positioned to deliver great service. You will take full ownership of guest challenges to resolve issues immediately and recover their experience.
Requirements:
As Assistant Lounge Manager:
1. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 5-star luxury environment as a head of department in Food & Beverage.
2. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
3. English is the primary language used in the hotel; you can comfortably communicate in this language.
4. You are a confident leader who strives daily in their workplace through personal ambitions and the responsibilities that come with the role.
