Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with the drive to survive!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to enjoy the freedom of managing their own time, and succeed in this expanding company - grow it to how far you want to go.
The Company: 15-year-old, c£15m T/O family run company (with strong values and ethics) carries out small refurbs and CAT A / CAT B fit out schemes ranging from £500k - £2m. They have an excellent client base within the Formula 1 circuit, with ongoing work in leading names within their UK headquarters. Other clients include working for leading banks, law firms and commercial clients.
Would suit someone based north of London for projects around Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and around the M25, with their head office in Essex.

Experience required:
·We expect the successful candidate to have knowledge in all sectors of a project from Pre con: Design development in accordance with the RIBA stages, management with client and company consultants to develop designs, VE and co-ordinate designs
·Along with this we expect experience with a basic knowledge on all parts of interior fit out and M&E systems
·Contractual obligations under JCT Design & Build Contracts
·Financials management to all parts of a live project. Cost Trackers, Client and Supplier valuations and Client and Supplier variations as well as final accounts
·Credentials
·Past experience in all parts of an interior fit out project CAT A / CATB works including : - Pre-Con, Contractual, Construction (Managing suppliers and a site team) Financial management, H&S and Post project management
·Main Contractor / Contractor / Principal Contractor Experience
·Ideally Member of RICS
Pay structure:
•c£70,000 - £85,000 (DoE) + £5k car allowance
•25 days' annual leave
•All Travel Expenses Paid
•Pension scheme
•Flexible Working (3 days on a variety of operational sites, 1 day in the office & 1-day WFH)
