Lead and inspire a proactive sales team focused on phone-based customer interactions, ensuring they consistently achieve sales targets.
Drive performance through daily monitoring of KPIs, providing strategic direction and support.
Implement and manage training and development programs to enhance team member's sales techniques and product knowledge.
Cultivate a motivated, high-performance team culture that enhances collaboration and individual accountability.Data Analytics & Reporting
