Salary: £13.80ph / £27,000 | Hybrid
Ashley Kate Finance is partnering with an organization focused on reducing Carbon Emissions, based in Ashby, to find a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to start ASAP.
Due to a recent promotion within this department, there is a need for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to work alongside and report to the Senior Sales Ledger Manager. The role is initially until the end of the year; however, it could lead to a permanent position.
The role offers hybrid working, requiring 2-3 days in the office and the remainder working from home.
Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office based in Ashby
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: Until the end of December 2024 - Could lead to a permanent position
Responsibilities:
* Invoicing and credit checks
* Client query resolution and account reconciliations
* Debt chasing and payment allocations
* Raising and posting all Sales Ledger entries
* Staying updated with the latest skills and developments
* Championing our mission towards a net zero world

* Adhering to company policies and acting as a role model

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:
* AAT level 2 or higher - Desirable but NOT essential
* Competent with Microsoft Office
* A proactive attitude that brings drive, energy, and passion to the role
* Flexible, positive, and committed team member who works to very high standards
* Promotes a culture of inclusivity
* UK driver's license - Desirable but NOT essential
