Join our growing team delivering comprehensive electrical services for social housing providers and local authorities.
ROLE
1. Install, service, and maintain electrical systems and appliances in line with the latest IET Wiring Regulations.
2. Perform daily installation, testing, and inspection of electrical systems, producing EIC certificates.
3. Diagnose and repair electrical issues in domestic systems, including fault finding and rewiring.
4. Complete tasks as directed using company software.
5. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with codes.
6. Assess and order parts needed for jobs.
7. Maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic systems, ensuring installations meet manufacturer standards.
8. Rewire faulty systems, such as lighting, heating, and alarms.
9. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
10. Document installations.
Essential Skills:
1. 18th edition, 2391 testing inspection.
2. ECS Gold Card.
3. 2+ years of experience preferred.
4. Previous experience in social housing is a plus but not essential.
5. UK clean Driving Licence.
6. Strong writing and presentation skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Strong time management skills to handle various tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
10. Flexible, self-motivated, and agile attitude.
11. Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
12. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and foster a team spirit.
