This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join and lead New Forest School’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Working closely with the Director of Education and Executive Headteacher, the Headteacher will aim to secure the continued success and improvement of New Forest School, whilst ensuring a high-quality education for all its students. The successful candidate will have a drive and passion for the development of learning and be able to demonstrate with confidence their abilities to contribute to improving the quality of our education offering. They will play a strong supporting role in propelling the school’s curriculum, enabling more of our pupils to thrive and exceed through each stage of their educational journey. The Headteacher will inspire, nurture, develop and empower our employees. Will have resilience and flexibility, and have a proven track-record in supporting the delivery of strong educational outcomes for students with SEN. They will lead by example, demonstrating their confidence in developing a consistency in teaching that facilitates the best learning for children.
