Global Product Manager

Vitaflo (International) Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Global Product Manager to work at its head office just outside of Liverpool city centre on an Permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Global Category Manager, the Global Product Manager will be responsible for leading all operational tasks required to execute product innovation and renovation launches and delists globally, to support long and short term agreed business objectives.
What will you do?
As a Global Product Manager, sitting within our Global Marketing Team your main responsibilities will include:
Product line management, working in close partnership with the Global Brand Managers, operations and commercial teams around the globe to bring products to market.
Be the lead marketing contact in innovation/renovations project meetings.
Responsibility for all internal communication in and out of project launch team at agreed touchpoints.
Responsible for launch approval process compliance. Including forecast management and ongoing demand planning, through proactive management of commercial plan.
Responsible for post launch sales vs forecast analysis for ongoing demand planning
Product Lifecyle management, working in close partnership with the Global Brand Managers to conduct portfolio rationalisation exercises and execute actions required to successfully manage to completion.
Responsible for leading regular project status updates to relevant internal stakeholder for cross functional alignment.
Who are we looking for?
Essential Criteria:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business or Marketing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally
Confident in extracting data from multiple sources, collating and presenting clearly
Be excellent internal collaborator and communicator
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Strong leadership and organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable criteria:
Experience of similar role within healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
Previous experience of Product Management or Project Management responsibility at global level
