Project Coordinator - Stroud
Business Need / Purpose of Role:
Work within the Projects group within the Contracts department coordinating assigned projects providing an interface between Customers and the Company.
Objectives:
1. Project co-ordinate assigned order.
2. Liaise with all internal departments regarding assigned orders.
3. Liaise with customer and/or customer representative regarding assigned orders.
4. Provide assistance with the creation of Project Plans for communication and control throughout the Project.
5. Ensure timely Order Status reporting.
6. Improve current status reporting format in liaison with Client/company personnel.
7. Assist with monitoring Project actual costs against estimates.
8. Maintain Project registers and files.
9. Provide input for major Proposals, Re-Quotes, Clarifications, Change Orders.
10. Identify and support process and system improvements.
11. Co-ordinate client visits to Bentley facility.
12. Maintain client visits to their facilities as required.
13. Continue to support RMA system.
14. On time end month reporting & presentations.
Education and/or Experience:
1. MS software applications (Projects, Power Point, Word, Excel etc.), commercial, numerical, analytical.
2. Preferably Oil / Gas / Energy industry experience.
3. Basic manufacturing, planning, supply chain experience.
