About The Role
As a Team Manager within our Inhouse Maintenance Service (IMS), you will be responsible for leading a team of Multi Skilled Technicians to ensure the successful delivery of operations relevant to our Responsive Repairs to our customers across a geographical area in line with our business objectives.
You will work collaboratively within and across the business, overseeing processes and ways of working connected to completion of remedial works to occupiedhomes and other associated work to achieve day to day tasks. You will ensure implementation to a high quality and timely finish ensuring customer expectations are met and strive for continuous improvement.
Responsible for ensuring you and your team operate within the appropriate policies and procedures, particularly Health and Safety regulations making sure the working environment, our property and our customers are safe and secure at all times. You will recognise and manage risks and opportunities affecting your service area and ensure all mandatory and other required training for the team is identified and completed within agreed timescales.
This role is field based across the Somerset area and is being offered on a full time, permanent basis.
