As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the delivery of support projects, working closely with Support Managers and internal teams to ensure the day-to-day needs of our clients are met and our products continue to have real-world impact. What’s the Role About? As a Junior Support Manager, you'll support the smooth running of client support projects. You’ll help plan and monitor tasks, respond to client needs, and make sure key information is shared clearly across teams. What You’ll Be Doing Support Coordination: Assist in the coordination of ongoing support work for digital products Help track tasks and timelines to ensure work is progressing as expected Client Assistance: Support client communication, helping respond to queries and manage expectations Contribute to client updates and documentation to ensure transparency Team Collaboration: Work closely with Support Managers, developers, and QA testers to support delivery Make sure internal notes, support tasks, and client feedback are captured and shared Monitoring and Reporting: Help maintain accurate logs of support activities Contribute to internal reporting on support performance and delivery What Makes You the Perfect Fit? Your Experience: Some experience in a customer-facing or delivery support role—this could include internships, placements, or junior roles in project or account management Interest in working in a digital agency, tech, or product environment Familiarity with tools like Basecamp, Zendesk, or similar is helpful but not essential Your Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarise and share information Well-organised and detail-oriented, able to track progress across tasks and priorities A collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with multiple teams Eager to learn, take feedback on board, and grow in a fast-paced environment Your Style: Friendly, approachable, and supportive in both client and team interactions Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling different needs and priorities Enthusiastic about digital solutions and the role they play in doing good Why join 3 Sided Cube?
