The Conveyancing Assistant will support the Conveyancing Fee Earner in progressing legal files, liaising with clients, and managing administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process. Location: Hereford Employment Type: Full time, Monday-Friday Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 Holiday: 25 days Bank Holiday Benefits: Access to a company gym and sauna Regular company events and socials Additional company benefits with long service Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing Fee Earner. Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties as directed. Manage correspondence, including drafting letters and emails. Prepare legal documents and forms under supervision. Assist in maintaining and organising client files. Conduct basic research and data entry tasks. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Ensure compliance with deadlines and provide timely updates. Perform general office duties, including answering calls and welcoming visitors. Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role within a legal or corporate environment is preferred but not necessary. Experience in customer service is advantageous. A law degree is desirable but not essential. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Math are required.Key Skills & Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
