The Role
As a specialist of In-House Legal Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our strategic talent acquisition efforts, driving growth and excellence in our UK market segment. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated recruitment professional to lead and expand our in-house legal recruitment practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with key clients across the UK Market
* Lead the strategic sourcing and placement of high-caliber legal professionals
* Leverage our existing comprehensive CRM system to identify and engage top talent
* Manage inbound business opportunities, with approximately 50% of new business generated through existing channels
* Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals and corporate clients
* Develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet client needs
* Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants
* Drive revenue growth and meet ambitious business targets
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an exceptional recruitment consultant who demonstrates:
* Proven track record in legal recruitment, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
* Deep understanding of the legal recruitment market across the UK
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
* Strong digital literacy and ability to utilize advanced CRM technologies
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach to recruitment
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid and office-based setting
* Flexible hours of work
* Confident in running round table events and networking
