Children's Home Manager - EBD Service Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire Salary: £50,000 per annum Bonuses: £5,000 welcome bonus 21% performance-based annual bonus Contract Type: Full-time, permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a well-established EBD provision in the Wisbech area. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong background in residential childcare and a track record of leading successful Ofsted inspections. You'll be joining a supportive and established organisation with clear career progression pathways and a strong commitment to high standards of therapeutic care.
