We work with a large range of UK, Far-East and European suppliers and deliver quality products to customers both nationally and internationally. Our biggest customers are in Premiership and Championship football, making this a really exciting industry to work in!
Due to our continued growth and expansion, we now have an opportunity to employ an organised and conscientious Account Executive to help handle the sales administrative duties in the office.
Job description – Account Executive
The candidate will be reliable and professional, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and will undertake a variety of vital administrative tasks and support to the rest of the busy, dynamic office team.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising tasks and working with little supervision, as well as being a team player and supporting their colleagues in a range of activities. They will be self-motivated and conscientious with a real positive can-do attitude.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
· Preparing customer quotations using Excel
. Processing of new orders using SAGE50
· Fulfill any customer specific requirements such as uploading relevant information to customer portals
· Managing phone calls and email correspondence
· Hologram and barcode management (generating barcodes & managing the hologram stock control)
· Chasing customers for approvals on samples, artwork, barcodes etc and keeping the sales critical path updated
· Helping to organise the sample room by filtering new samples for displays
· Liaising with the warehouse and booking in deliveries with customers
· Liaising with suppliers (sending carton labels and any information required on an order by order basis)
Requirements and Experience:
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
· Proven experience as a sales co-ordinator, sales support, or senior office administrator or similar role
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, including making phone calls and liaising with clients.
· Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
· Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
· A positive and resourceful attitude to work is imperative
· Administrative qualifications or similar will be advantageous
· Must be a strong team player
