We have partnered with a privately owned SME delivering high-quality housing projects across Surrey and South West London to onboard an experienced Head of Sales, who will manage and shape the company’s sales strategy, liaise with external consultants and ensure the success of their projects. You will have a keen eye for detail with a proven track record in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a sales plan aligned with company objectives and market positioning.
2. Take ownership of the sales strategy to drive business growth and secure new opportunities.
3. Actively identify and evaluate new land sites to expand the project portfolio.
4. Manage marketing activities, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive housing sector.
5. Collaborate with external agents to optimise outreach and engagement.
6. Oversee day-to-day project management and ensure the project programme runs smoothly.
7. Report to funding teams to support project progress.
8. Ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and met.
9. Support the wider team in focusing on future growth and expansion opportunities.
10. Support and advise on new business opportunities while fostering a collaborative team culture.
