Salary: £36,000 - £45,000
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
o Develop and implement a top-line digital marketing strategy to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.
o Analyse market trends, competitors, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
o Spearhead ideation sessions, encouraging innovative and “out-of-the-box” thinking to differentiate our brands.
o Embrace technology including AI tools to support the team's overall output and results.
2. SEO & Content Management
o Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility, incorporating on-page, technical, and external link-building techniques.
o Create, source, and manage websites and other content across all brands ensuring regular updates across core pages, events, and blogs.
o Conduct keyword research, analyse market trends, and identify content optimisation opportunities.
o Collaborate with the Webteam to optimise website structure, landing pages, and overall content strategy.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and marketing to ensure SEO and content objectives are met.
o Track and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
o Work beyond traditional SEO by exploring strategies aligned with Google AI, Google Maps/Businesses, and emerging trends.
3. Content Marketing & Collaboration
o Support PPC and paid media campaigns by developing content for ongoing testing, optimisation, and localised targeting.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to align content marketing strategies across all channels, including social media, email, and blogs.
o Collaborate on the CRM strategy, ensuring content supports platform objectives and user engagement.
o Conduct content audits, analyse performance metrics, and recommend strategies for improvement.
4. Social Media
o Oversee the plans and execution of all branded social platforms including FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
o Develop a social strategy that aligns with company goals, plan campaigns around brand, events & trends as well as supporting sites on how to deliver best practice.
o Manage the central social media accounts. Develop, curate, and manage engaging content such as posts, images, videos, and stories.
o Community management. Interact with followers, foster relationships and monitor brand performance.
o Track and analyse performance metrics, evaluate and inform future strategies and adapt to keep up with the trends and the platforms algorithms.
5. Public Relations (PR)
o Develop and manage PR and digital campaigns, fostering strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
o Oversee the growth of our INNsiders initiative to align with business objectives.
o Write and distribute press releases for brands and B2B, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
o Build and maintain a robust network of media contacts to amplify our brand presence.
o Monitor public perception, address misinformation, and prepare crisis communication plans when necessary.
o Plan and execute UGC and influencer campaigns for STC and Belushi’s, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
o Collaborate with third parties to secure placements in relevant articles and channels, promoting key segment drivers like “Best Place to Watch NFL.”
o Research and prepare entries for industry awards to showcase the brand’s excellence.
o Measure the impact of PR campaigns and influencer initiatives, using insights to refine future efforts.
6. Brand Voice & Tone
o Enhance and maintain a consistent brand tone across all digital touchpoints, identifying areas where we lack personality and making improvements.
o Advocate for creative ideas that challenge the status quo, ensuring every campaign has a unique and memorable edge.
What we are looking for?
* Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio of strategic and hands-on work.
* Proven experience in SEO, content creation, and PR management, preferably within a multi-brand environment.
* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools & techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), including technical SEO and link building.
* Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to tailor content for various audiences and platforms.
* Knowledge & experience in creating PPC, paid media, and CRM strategies.
* Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
* Experience in managing crisis communications.
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing priorities.
