About the Role:
As an Arabic-Speaking Virtual Lifestyle Specialist, you’ll help deliver unforgettable travel and lifestyle experiences to our members around the globe. From booking luxury hotels and ground transportation to arranging VIP experiences, you’ll be the first point of contact for high-profile clients in the MENA, Europe, Asia, and US regions.
You’ll handle a high volume of calls and emails, provide tailored support, and act as a trusted go-to for all things travel-related. Don’t worry, we provide full training and a supportive team environment to help you shine!

1. Are a recent graduate or someone looking to grow in the travel/customer service space
2. Speak Arabic and English fluently

4. Are confident using digital platforms and multitasking under pressure
5. Can work flexible hours (including weekends and some evenings)
What You’ll Do:
6. Respond to travel and lifestyle requests via phone and email in both Arabic and English
7. Arrange bookings for hotels, villas, cruises, transfers, flights, and more
8. Deliver top-tier service that leaves a lasting impression
9. Promote exclusive offers and lifestyle perks
10. Work closely with trusted suppliers and global partners
11. Keep detailed records to ensure a smooth member experience
12. Build real connections with members - you’re not just a voice on the phone!

Requirements
Key Skills & Attributes:
18. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
19. A recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel
20. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
21. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
22. Comfortable using online platforms, tools, and systems
23. A flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude
24. Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends and evenings (rotational shifts)
25. Access to a quiet, reliable home working set-up (laptop provided)
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:
26. Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the London office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 60% Home Office possibility.
27. A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
28. Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be complete
