As a Support Coordinator with Waythrough or Bridge, you will support women around their housing needs. This includes:
1. Applying for housing
2. Multi-agency working
3. Signposting
4. Completing risk assessments
5. Providing flexible support, in groups or one-to-one
6. Housing management support within our managed properties
Roles are based in Bradford and Keighley and involve supporting women who were homeless and have a history or risk of offending now living in temporary accommodation.
The closing date for applications is 16 March 2025. Interviews will take place during the week commencing 24 March 2025.
You must complete the Bridge Project’s application form in order to be considered for the role. The application form plays a key part in our recruitment and selection process.
