Responsibilities: Oversee a caseload of high value real estate property transactions, demonstrating expertise and efficiency. Support the Head of Department and assist with managerial duties Mentoring junior members of staff, including monthly check-ins and and annual performance reviews Organising and leading team meetings Managing team holiday requests and and team scheduling Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are safeguarded throughout the process. Ensure compliance with firm standards Cultivate strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. Actively contribute to the firm's business development initiatives and participate in networking activities to expand our client base. Assist with budget planning and marketing strategies Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a proven track record in real estate law A minimum of 7PQE Strong background in handling high value commercial property transactions Networking, marketing and business development experience Leadership experience Compliance knowledge Strategic thinker: experience in business planning, marketing and departmental development Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, coupled with a keen analytical mindset. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
