Registered Nurse, Walnut Ward - Huntingdon
Band 5
Job overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent, patient-focused care.
Walnut Ward is a 30-bed unit specialising in Cardio/Respiratory and general medical patients. Our ward emphasises close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure our patients receive the best possible experience and clinical outcomes. With low staff turnover, you will be part of a supportive team both on the ward and within the wider MDT.
You will benefit from our comprehensive mentorship and leadership development programs, receiving continuous support from our team of Clinical Nurse Educators both on and off the ward. If you are committed to providing exceptional care and eager to grow in a nurturing environment, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that we can only consider applications from individuals with a live NMC registration or UK nursing students awaiting their PIN, as we are currently unable to support OSCE.
Previous applicants need not apply. This vacancy may close early due to high applications.

In line with our dedication to employee support, we offer a variety of benefits. For more information, please see the attached staff benefits leaflet.
We strive to create a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to excel in their roles. Join us and become part of a team dedicated to making a positive difference in our community.

Applications from job seekers who require a Skilled Worker visa to work in the United Kingdom (UK) are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications subject to the role being on the list of eligible occupations and the salary meets the going rate for the role.
It is vital that you provide full and accurate details of your current immigration status on the application form. Overseas applicants applying for entry clearance into the UK must present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided in continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years.
