We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead product marketing, growth initiatives, and demand generation. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping our go-to-market strategy, executing campaigns, and aligning marketing with sales and product teams to drive revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will also oversee and manage the Communications function, ensuring that content, PR, events, and brand positioning align with commercial objectives. This role requires a mix of analytical, strategic, and creative skills to effectively position our solutions, generate high-quality leads, and increase customer adoption. Product Marketing & Positioning Develop go-to-market strategies for i6’s aviation fuel management solutions. Own messaging, positioning, and value propositions for different customer segments (airlines, fuel farms, into-plane providers). Create compelling sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, customer case studies, ROI calculators). Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine positioning and highlight i6’s differentiators. Work closely with product teams to translate product features into clear customer benefits. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Plan and execute multi-channel and account-based marketing campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, webinars, ABM). Optimise CRM & lead nurturing strategies (via HubSpot) to improve sales funnel conversion rates. Leverage LinkedIn Ads, content syndication, SEO, and retargeting to generate qualified leads. Develop landing pages and optimise conversion rates. Partner with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline growth and revenue. Customer & Market Insights Work with sales and customer-facing teams to gather insights from existing customers and prospects. Conduct customer interviews and surveys to refine messaging and enhance product adoption. Monitor NPS, CSAT, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for engagement. Events, PR & Thought Leadership Manage the Comms function, agencies, and freelancers ensuring strong execution of content, PR, and events. Oversee industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility. Oversee thought leadership content campaigns (e.g. whitepapers, case studies, webinars). Oversee PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership in key aviation and fuel management media. Analytics & Performance Measurement Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Optimise marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Implement data-driven decision-making to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Essential skills: 5 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably aviation, fuel management, or similar niche industry). Previous experience in account-based marketing (ABM). Strong background in product marketing, positioning, and messaging. Hands-on experience with HubSpot & marketing automation tools. Ability to develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels. Excellent copywriting, content strategy, and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, conversion optimisation, and ROI measurement. Strong collaboration skills, working closely with sales, product, and external agencies. Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and LinkedIn Ads. Knowledge of customer journey mapping and sales enablement best practices. Desirable skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing, such as: HubSpot Marketing, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads & B2B Marketing Certifications Experience marketing technical software solutions (especially in industrial, energy, or operational tech sectors). Experience leading thought leadership content campaigns (whitepapers, case studies, webinars). Experience managing team members or agency partners. Experience coordinating trade shows, webinars, and aviation industry events.
