Part Time Permanent Position - Basic Administrative Duties The salary displayed will be pro rata down to 22.5 hours Hours - 22.5 hours per week - Office Based Flexible working hours as long as the hours fall between Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, the individual can choose the hours to suit them. The role provides a supportive and administrative function to the office. Main Tasks: • Scanning, photocopying, filing • Distribution of company literature, training manuals, etc.; • Issuing training certificates and identity cards; • Updating the company’s training database; • Maintenance and updating of the office filing system; Skills: The candidate should: • Have previous experience in an administrative environment; • Be computer literate - competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel as a minimum. • Be organised; • Have excellent attention to detail; • Have a pleasant, polite and professional telephone manner; • Have a methodical approach to their workload; • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively; • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently; • Have a good standard of written English. The role provides a supportive and administrative function to the office. The role calls for interaction with members, training providers and outside bodies on a regular basis and so professionalism must be maintained at all times. The Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office systems and procedures.
